Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of every Versa Grills product. 

Factory Defects: 

If a product arrives with a manufacturer defect, Versa Grills will provide replacement parts free of charge. If a replacement part cannot resolve the issue, the product may be returned for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping. 

Unwanted or Non-Defective Returns: 

Returns for reasons other than damage or defect (such as buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders)

will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to a $350 restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases. 

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
