Versa Grills offers Free Freight Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days of purchase and are delivered via trusted freight carriers with curbside delivery service. 

For customers located outside of the Lower 48 states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories), a flat-rate freight charge of $150 will be automatically applied at checkout. 

All orders include tracking information once shipped. Freight deliveries require an adult signature upon arrival. 

Damaged Freight Policy 

All Versa Grills shipments are insured against damage in transit. Customers are required to inspect their delivery upon arrival: 

● If visible damage is present, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.

● Take photos of the damaged packaging and product before unwrapping.

● If damage appears severe, refuse delivery and contact Versa Grills immediately. 

For concealed damage discovered after delivery, customers must contact Versa Grills within 48 hours of receipt. Versa Grills will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and, if applicable, provide a replacement or arrange for repairs.
